Ilgın Sezer

I'm Ilgın Sezer, and I design products people open every day: courier apps, transit cards, a neighbourhood shop's first website. Nine years from Istanbul, working inside the team.

Open to a new project from November 2026. Read the 30-second summaries first, then open the full case that catches your eye.

Rota

We rebuilt the driver app so couriers stop waiting at the door.

The driver app of a city courier company: delivery flow, handover code and a record that keeps working when the signal drops.

Problem

Couriers jumped between three screens on every delivery; in a basement or a lift the signal dropped and the delivery record was lost.

My part

I planned the field days and designed the delivery flow and the handover code screen. The map screen was a teammate's.

Outcome

A delivery ends on one screen; once the code is entered, the record waits on the phone until the signal returns.

I work inside the team, down to the product's dullest screen.

I started out drawing interfaces at an agency, then moved to product teams. Today I'm freelance: I join a team and stay on the work from research to the developer handover file. I work in Figma and Framer, and I like testing prototypes in the field.

Three ways to work together

Fees depend on scope and are set out in the proposal. Every format includes a weekly screen-share review.

Design sprint

1 week

One flow end to end: we write the problem together, I sketch two directions and on Friday I deliver a prototype you can test with real users. Unlimited small fixes within the sprint.

Product redesign

6-10 weeks

Research, flow map, interface and a developer handover file. Two major revision rounds included; out-of-scope requests are discussed separately.

Monthly product partnership

3 months minimum

Two days a week inside your team: planning meetings, design system upkeep and daily work in the same channel as your developers.

Questions

Weekdays 10:00-18:00 Istanbul time (GMT+3). With teams in Europe we're 1-2 hours apart and work within the same day.
